Hotel Residence La Palma was first opened in 1951 by our grandfather Dante. The hotel has always been a family-run business and today, we are the third generation. We carry out our work with heart, soul and creativity, leaving a little of ourselves in what we do day after day.

Our production

FRESH PASTA: Ravioli, Pansotti, Tagliatelle, Tagliolini, Lasagne are produced by us using only selected flours.

BAKERY: Ligurian-style focaccia, pizza, classic bread, with olives or figs and walnuts.

DESSERTS: Ice cream (all classic flavours) chocolate pudding, panna cotta, tiramisu, apple tart, creme caramel, trifle and many others.

BREAKFAST:
Every morning at breakfast you can start your day with typical Ligurian-style focaccia, cakes, Genoese-style panettone, brioches, jams, cured meats, cheeses, fruit juices, yoghurts and other fresh products. Everything is strictly homemade, using only natural ingredients of the highest quality.

LUNCH AND DINNER: Choose from two daily first and second courses, meat and fish-based dishes, a rich salad buffet and plenty of desserts.
