The property boasts various apartments divided into:

  • Two-room apartments with four beds/six beds
  • Three-room apartments with five/six beds


All residences have a fully-equipped kitchens (complete set of crockery) with kitchenette, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom, bed linen and towels.

Two-room apartments 4 beds

Double bedroom, living room/kitchen with foldaway bunk bed, bathroom.

Two-room apartments 6 beds with two bathrooms

Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, two bathrooms, living room/kitchen with foldaway bunk bed.

Three-room apartments with terrace

Two double bedrooms, living room/kitchen, one or two bathrooms, terrace with a wonderful view of the swimming pools (sleeps 5/6).

Standard studio

A maximum of 3 people can stay (double bed + single bed).

Possibility of half board in the Residence at € 30.00 per person per day, breakfast at just € 6.00

or takeaway food service.

Residence regulations

20% deposit upon booking

The apartments are delivered clean and have to be returned as such, otherwise € 50,00 will be charged for final cleaning.

The apartments and parking spaces (free) are delivered from 2.00 pm onwards.

Check-out time: before 10.00 am.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside all apartments.

Small pets are accepted.


PET RULES: Pets are welcome, they can stay in our common areas: Garden/solarium.

They cannot enter our restaurant spaces.

It is strictly forbidden to let animals on beds or sofas, they must stay in their special kennels brought by their owners.

Any damage caused will be charged.

The apartment will be checked before departure.

Our services

  1. Free parking inside the building.
  2. Bicycle garage and washing area (free)
  3. Two swimming pools surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and deck chairs available
  4. Air conditioning in all apartments
  5. The apartments are provided with bed linen and towels. If you stay for more than a week, the linen will be changed.
  6. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary crockery
  7. Hair dryer, drying rack and safe, TV, telephone
  8. Washing machines for common use at € 3.00 per wash.
  9. For an additional fee, the apartment can be cleaned mid-week.
  10. Possibility of adding half board for € 30.00 or breakfast for only € 6.00 (per day, per person)
  11. Takeaway food service (for a fee)
